Cancellation Policy
I have a 15 minute grace period after that we will have to reschedule and will be charged 50% of the service.
IF the tech can take your appointment after the late time there will be an additional fee added.
NO SHOWS WILL be charged 100% of the service.
Cancellations under 24 hrs will be charged 50% of the service and will require a new deposit to rebook.
